THE COMPANY :
Specialist, designer, supplier and contractor : swimming pool, fountain, spa facilities, health club facilities, ice skating rink etc
Main clients : hotels, club houses, spa companies, design consultants, direct corporate clients
Project location : Hong Kong and Macau
We are looking for ASST SALES MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
Report to the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
Provide technical / engineering support to sales & marketing activities
Participate and contribute to the successful bidding of various projects in Hong Kong
Provide support in marketing, project tendering and pricing calculation
Team work to participate in preparing engineering design proposals and presentation materials
Liaise with engineers; participate in preparing design and built project documentation to fulfill specifications
Coordinate with customers and various consultants related to technical aspects
Build and enhance business relationship with existing key customers and potential new customers
Other technical supporting role to the Sales & Marketing Manager
Tertiary education in Engineering, Building Service, E&M Engineering; or related disciplines is highly prefer
Over 4-5 years work experience in MEP/design & built/E&M/building service/mechanical related/fitting out projects, or equivalent
Experience or knowledge in water work projects/spa/swimming pools/plumb drain/fountain projects is an advantage
Experience or knowledge in tender and pricing is a plus
PC proficient in MS Windows & Office applications
Proficient in Autocad is a plus
Able to build and enhance business relations with existing key customers and potential new customers
