We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong passion for real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and generating leads for real estate transactions
- Conducting property showings and open house events
- Negotiating contracts and working closely with clients throughout the sales process
- Maintaining client database and following up with potential leads
- Staying up-to-date on real estate market trends and changes
- Collaborating with team members to reach sales goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of UAE sales experience, preferably in real estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
