Description
- Drives revenue through sales to new clients with emphasis on small to mid-size companies with 10-250 employees
- Provides service to clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients.
- Participates in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel.
- Prepares and implements an individual business plan and production budget.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred not required
- Three years of directly applicable sales experience required and proven success in a ! sales role
- Must have a California Life/Health Insurance License, or be willing to obtain one
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Any eye for detail with strong analytical skills.
