Director of Business Development

Location: San Marcos California

Description: Proformance Screenprinting is hiring Director of Business Development right now, this position will be placed in California. Proformance Screenprinting) is currently looking to hire a Director of Business Development. This is a very exciting opportunity, and the chance to become a major part of a growing business within the Action Sports Industry. If you have an outgoing personality, and sales experience in either the retail or wholesale environment, this position could be perfect for you! Proformance has been in business since 1992, and is the leader and innovator of imprinted package programs within the Industry.

As the Director of Business Development at Proformance Screenprinting you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing new marketing strategies
• Developing an extensive potential target account list
• Networking and attending trade shows on behalf of Proformance
• Using the above to develop new business accounts within our specialty account base
• Setting, achieving, and maintaining certain sales goals

Must-haves:

• 5 years of Business Development/Sales Experience
• Very strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to successfully network within the Action

Sports/Apparel industries

• Be detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Be hard-working and AMBITIOUS!!

Pluses:

• College degree
• Knowledge of/access to potential target accounts
• Experience in the Action Sports Industry
• Experience in/knowledge of the Screenprinting Industry
• Experience in/knowledge of the Retail Industry
