Technical Customer Support Representative [Pakistan]


 

  • Good command on English linguistic (Spoken, Written)
  • Willing to work Night shift hours.
  • Providing effective, empathetic, engaging support and guidance to Client’s Product and Services end-users.
  • Receive, Manage, Tag and Resolve service desk tickets for the Client’s Experience Platform suite, working to agreed SLAs.
  • Documenting procedures, fixes and other useful information as part of a working service desk.
  • Investigating error logs, monitoring data, API calls and other areas of Client Products and Solutions to highlight potential incident and problem causes.
  • System management and diagnostics for Linus, including command line familiarity.
  • Securing and documenting systems from an infosec perspective.
  • Database management and administration.
  • Use of APIs and SaaS GUIs and CLIs to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Managing and configuring other cloud-based environments e.g., Azure, GCP.
  • Familiarity with various database systems, primarily PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server

* IT education background is a must.

* Candidates with prior relevant experience will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
