JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manages the overall Sales operations of assigned Key Accounts focused on the delivery of Key Performance Indicators such as Account Management (B2B negotiation and build professional relationship), Sales Performance (achieving target, perform planning & strategy), Budget Management (work within the budget and no overspending), Account Receivables Management (ensure collectibles & reconciliation), Profitability Mindfulness (protect the ROI and P&L of the company), Store Operations (conduct field work, provide delivery matrix to merchandiser, secured coverage model plan for field supervisor) & Compliance of administrative function (conduct Sales analysis report, business review, skewing, forecasting, order plan);
- Responsible in Annual Business Plans & Programs. Executed Strategic Partnership & drive Trade Marketing Programs align with company objective in achieving sales goal & profitability;
- Ensure speed to market and on-shelf availability of all product portfolio;
- Conduct execution matrix and field work model to collect field work information for use during the weekly consultation and provide effective plans for continued business growth;
- Build collaboration relationship across all function to accomplish common business purpose.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- A graduate of marketing, business management, business administration or any related courses;
- Preferably with at least two (2) years experience in key account/business development, food industry or equivalent professional practice;
- Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email);
- Highly organized and has an eye for detail.
