Human Resources Manager (MNC, up to $50k monthly) [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

What you'll need to succeed

  • Reports to Human Resources Associate Director
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning
  • Act as a business partner and provide quality HR advisory services to the business
  • Liaise with line managers and ensure excellent execution of wide spectrum of HR services including manpower planning, sourcing, performance management and talent development
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
  • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs, develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management, conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as-needed

What you'll get in return

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years of working experience as an HR Generalist
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with MNC background is highly preferred
