TITLE OF THE FUNCTION: Transformation Manager


POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Operation Director, the Transformation Manager is responsible for the overall project management from initiation, planning, design, development to roll out. Lead and manage projects to achieve business and IT objectives related to supply and distribution processes as well as daily System issue registration and follow-up. Change Management on the assigned Project as well as analysis on existing Process for continuous improvement. He/she works closely with various internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Operations team members, commercial and marketing counterparts, IT department and Central Operations and Project Team.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Project Management
    • Co-ordinate with different counterparts to execute project work as planned. Revise as appropriate to meet changing requirements from Management.
    • Ensure project plan meets the agreed deadlines and objectives.
    • Animate the project committees, update all parties on the progress, alert on risks, suggest alternatives and call for management decision in case of issue that cannot be fixed by himself/herself.
    • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, discuss impacts and proposed solutions with various stakeholders, engage other contributors through clear individual assignments, provide all necessary project documentation.
    • Collaborate with peers and department managers to determine key goals and objectives, and corresponding metrics

  • System knowledge and enhancements
    • Register system issue from daily operation, monitor and follow-up with the System support team.
    • Review actual administrative processes and ask IT teams for improvements.
    • Test and Review deliverables.
    • Communicate systems enhancements to internal and external users.
    • Support and lead ongoing data and reporting tools enrichment.
    • Supervise and execute users training as well as supporting documentation.

  • Change Management
    • Identifying the areas for change management associated with IT enterprise project and initiatives
    • Conduct Changes analysis for assigned Project throughout the Project Cycle and following up.
    • Review existing process and suggest area of improvement, hence project initiation.
    • Develop short and long terms goals KPI’s and objectives, develop and execute.
    • Make recommendation to the business to help drive their goals and strategy
    • Builds and maintains positive and productive working relationships with international business partners Coach, mentor and train team members on improvement tools & changes
    • Support the Regional Operation Department in the definition of regional excellence roadmaps

  • SAP / SYSTEM Management
    • Represents Cartier towards SAP/ IT team to ensure that Cartier business needs are considered.
    • Conveys all changes and enhancements initiated from central IT / Business Process Owners to Cartier teams.
    • Initiate, planning, design, to roll out with Enhancement Request required for the business need.
    • Day to day System issue registration, status tracking, testing and feedback

  • Continuous improvement Excellence
    • Manages all activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancement
    • Drive company-wide lean initiatives to improve operational effectiveness as measured by quality, lead-time reduction and customer satisfaction
    • Perform root cause analysis and propose/implement process improvement

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES


  • Education
    • Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Engineering / Computer Science.
    • Multi system knowledge (Warehouse Management System, Enhanced Replenishment Planning, Reporting Data Repository, Digital order processing).
    • Full SAP / ERP life cycle implementation projects experience. BI Project experience is a plus.
    • Project Management Program (PMP) or PRINCE2 (Practitioner) is a plus.

  • Experience
    • Over 5 years’ experience with project implementation / supply chain system / analyzing and driving changes.
    • Experience in Reviewing and Improving processes.
    • Knowledge and experience with issue resolution process and manage end user expectation.
    • Management of continuous improvement experience methodology, techniques, tools and control
    • Digital transformation experience

  • Skills
    • Good at problem solving, quantitative and analytical.
    • Self-driven, organized and goal oriented.
    • Proactive, able to work with a sense of priority and urgency.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Strong influencing skills at senior levels internally and externally

  • Languages
    • English (mandatory).
