TSO/ Territory Sales Officer [Pakistan]


 

  • Maintaining solid working relationships with Distributors by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints on time.
  • Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
  • Motivating Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and evaluating their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales quotas.
  • Conduct order booking on weighted and high visibility outlets daily as assigned.
  • Cover full retail sector of absent or short SR to ensure the service and day target.
  • Ensure Complete Reporting (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly)
  • Visit key points and local markets where sales representatives facing difficulties regarding sales.
  • Keep in touch with the Line Manager regarding daily achievements of team and self.
  • Any other company tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirement:

Education: Minimum Graduation
Experience: 3-5 years in FMCG/Biscuits, snacks & Confectionary industry
