- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading activities in a surgical manufacturing facility.
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials, products, and equipment.
- Oversee the work of loading/unloading personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize loading/unloading tasks based on production schedules and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of loading/unloading equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with regulations.
- Train and mentor loading/unloading personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
