We’re now looking for a dynamic, growth focused Industrial Sales Specialist with proven experience in automotive, railway and the TIC sector to join our Sales team in Korea. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced person to develop our business by taking to market our innovative portfolio of services in automotive, ESG, Industrial PA and railway sales.
Main duties:
- Ensure the achievement of sales target for the assigned industries and customer’s segment.
- Maintain and develop high level relations with market stakeholders.
- Implement actions for the improvement of market penetration and effectiveness of results.
- Maintaining lists of channels and establishing, maintaining, and developing relations with potential customers
- Being proactive towards potential customers within define goal & targets.
- Stimulating sales awareness of the stakeholders by distribution of information, answering questions, inviting for participation in customer visits and presenting sales and marketing topics at internal meetings.
- Introducing services from your own/ existing discipline(s) to new clients and new services to existing clients.
- Actively build relations with key decision makers and influencers in the Customer’s organization, enabling deep understanding and foresight of customer needs
Position Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of sales experience in TIC industries focusing on automotive, ESG/sustainability, product assurance and/or railway sectors.
- Bachelor's (Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic field), or equivalent level of education. higher-level education (Master’s) preferred
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Relationship building excellence both externally and internally. Gravitas to build confidence with customers at senior level
- Full cycle sales skills from identifying opportunities and building pipeline, to solutioning and closing skills
- Willingness and ability to travel both locally and internationally
- A commitment to DNV’s leadership expectations, including results orientation, customer focus, respect, care, and foresight.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Native Korean)
