Focusing on the treasurers and finance departments of corporate and commercial clients and financial institutions across the globe, our universal expertise and global network allows us to offer truly integrated and effective solutions.
I&S (Implementation and Service) team is under RTM (Relationship and Transaction Management) division and provides implementation and service support to our Corporate Bank clients.

Your key responsibilities
Co-ordinate all implementation of cash management solutions like electronic banking, local & cross boarder pooling, ERP integration etc. for corporate clients and ensure timely implementation
Support the new products rollout and implementation within north Asian countries, eg: eStatement, sBilling, API, VLM, DBSA etc.
Provide the product training with client
Provide ongoing product service with client post go-live, including supporting level 1 inquiry and trouble shoot via hotline and email
Prepare/manage product documentations, eg: e-banking agreement, cashpool agreement, local products agreement etc.
Technical setup in the product systems
Manage user acceptance test (UAT) if needed
Participate in the projects and initiatives implemented by Relationship & Transactions Management (RTM)
Contributes to continuous improvement activities leading to operational efficiencies
Any other duties/tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Your skills and experience
Fluent in both oral and written English.
Knowledge of accounting principles (relevant to clients) is major asset.
Familiar with multi OS platform, applications and experienced in data communication
Customer focus and service oriented
Good interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a good professional relationship with external and internal teams
Be independent, self-starter and able to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders including senior management
Team player and willing to share knowledge
