As a Project Manager-Implementation at Impartner, you will have the opportunity to onboard customers to our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions by bringing your client-centric attitude, technical acumen and consultative approach when working with our customers. In this critical role, you will collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and requirements, identify functionality gaps, and solve items of concern. This position will be responsible for the implementation of the PRM software by understanding the Impartner Solution and working to match it with client channel program needs.
Additionally, the Implementation Project Manager will manage day-to-day onboarding activities and support the implementation team, while acting as the direct liaison between the client and our internal development team. The ability to juggle multiple duties in an organized manner is critical for success in this role.

- You will have 3-5 years of project management experience including skills in software implementation, schedule, cost, and risk management.
- You will have a strong technical acumen
- You will have previous experience simultaneously managing several implementation projects for high-profile clients.

- You have experience with software such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.
- You have previous experience in the software industry, and familiarity with the SaaS model.
- You have previous Channel and/or B2B Experience.
- You can craft understandable documents utilizing strong documentation skills.
