Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of AB Mass Communication or any Business-related course
- Must have at least 2 - 4 years related experience
- Has above average communication skills
- Can relate well with different levels of people
- Can work efficiently even under pressure
Job Responisibilities:
- 1. Prepares initial market analysis, socio-economic indicators and other related studies regarding the feasibility of new sites such as mall features, area, list of tenants, terms, etc.
- Coordinates with the leasing groups of malls regarding matters pertinent to lease agreements such as renewal, formalization of contracts, revisions and amendments.
- Monitors sales performance of stores and informs Marketing what store suffered a decrease in sales so they can make the necessary action plan.

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
