The scope of responsibilities will include:
- Review, maintain and archive essential study documents for the Trial Master File
- Make sure that all documentation is current, precise, and thorough, and that any modifications or updates are appropriately recorded
- Collaborate closely with multi-functional study teams to organize project documentation and support any document management matters
- Perform daily document filing, sorting, and scanning
- Drive project-specific document transfer
- Fluent proficiency in both English and Czech
- Familiarity with any additional European languages is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Proficiency in working with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A degree in Library Science, Information Management, or Document Management is a plus
