We are currently looking for Application Support Student Assistant

Some of your responsibilities and duties of an Application Support Student Assistant:
  • Assistant: Application Support: Assist users with technical issues related to software applications, including troubleshooting problems, providing guidance on application usage, and resolving user inquiries or concerns.
  • User Training: Conduct training sessions or support to educate users on how to effectively utilize software applications, highlighting key features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain user documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources, to help users navigate software applications and find solutions to common issues.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in software testing activities to identify bugs, verify fixes, and provide feedback to developers or vendors, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of the applications.
  • Data Management: Support data management tasks, such as data entry, data verification, and data cleaning, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information within the applications.
  • Collaborative Support: Collaborate with other IT staff, including system administrators, and helpdesk technicians, to address complex or escalated technical issues and provide comprehensive support to users.
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about new software releases, updates, and trends in the field of application support, and continuously enhance knowledge and skills related to software applications.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with users, colleagues, and supervisors, providing timely updates, status reports, and escalating critical issues as necessary.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by being responsive, patient, and helpful to users, ensuring a positive user experience when interacting with the support team in Polish and English. Check and join us!
