Pacific Stereo, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Merchandising Manager to join the ecommerce team in our Riverside, CA headquarters.
Responsibilities will include the population of multiple Excel spreadsheets with consistent, flawless accuracy. This is vital for the continued success of our online ecommerce site.
A diverse set of product categories, attributes, groups and more are required for every one of thousands of products. The CMM will also track each product’s lifecycle, adding products as they become available and removing them ! upon their cancellation.
The CMM will also ensure pricin! g is up to date with manufacturer price sheets, alter product descriptions, add product technical specifications to the database, upload product imagery, and more.
Additionally, the CMM will approve customer product reviews and comments, add and manage online promotions at the product level as needed, including the addition and deactivation of time sensitive promotions.
Finally, the CMM will ensure the Pacific Stereo listings on our partner manufacturer websites are accurate, and engage in reputation management activities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with MS Excel
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks under a deadline
- Experience with large amounts of data, requiring dissemination and sorting with 100% accuracy
- Comfortable with basic photo editing tasks
- Experience with Magento a big plus
- Some knowledge of mobile audio equipment is a plus
