If you like positions that are very broad in scope and contain a broad mix of both strategic and tactical responsibilities, then this will be your dream job! You will take the lead in working all divisions and regions as they seek to improve and expand their business via this strategic channel. At the start, you will take the lead in driving the following areas:
a. Contract Terms â€" planning for improvements, driving needed changes, leading the cross functional team charged with yearly renewals.
b. Set and Track Performance Management Criteria - work with industry experts in helping to leverage industry best practices and deploy them within the EM Framework.
c. Partner Policies and Procedures â€" Own the requirements for the end to end business process that enable EM to transact business via the indirect channels
d. Deal Registration Program â€" Manage the requirements and oversee the implem! entation in each region that deploys Deal Registration to ensu! re compliance.
As you develop your knowledge and understanding of:
a. Division Channel Strategies
b. Regional Channel Strategies
c. Global Framework
d. Global Processes
e. Global Tools,
additional responsibilities will be assigned. This is a small team responsible for a very diverse set of activities so your only limitations will be how much you can learn and how quickly you can learn it!

Position requires:
- BS Degree, MBA would be a plus
- 10+ years of experience in Sales/Mktg or Business Development
- Requires some experience with Indirect Sales Channels
- Experience working and summarizing contract terms
- Able to see the big strategic Indirect Channel picture as well as be very proficient in all of the details of the business
- Able to drive alignment and consensus across different organizations with different needs
- Understands the end to end process of our business with resellers (Sell In, Sell Out, backlog, inventory, returns, support)
- Is able to set and track meaningful metrics to assess both partner and program performance
- Ideal candidate would have both field and factory experience
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to work across geos and all cultures
