We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor/Customer Service Supervisor for our plants in the Santa Ana/Orange County area.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall key account supply logistics including master production planning/MRP/DRPProvide plants with monthly production requirements
Coordinate production requirments across multiple plants to ensure daily/weekly execution of customer orders
Ensure proper supply of non-resin materials (labels, totes, corrugated, etc.)
Manage Inventory levels at distribution center to ensure 100% order fulfillment
Drive operational efficiencie! s/productivity through master production/DRP plan modelingOptimize run time/minimize changeover time
Freight optimization (trailer utilization/payload/lane analysis)
Serve as key liaison between CCC plants and customer
Maintain effective communication with customer to ensure productive relationship and customer satisfaction Coordinate daily communication to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Coordinate demand/sales forecasts - monthly/quarterly/annual
Communicate changes in demand and impact on production scheduling/line loading
Trouble and problems and develop corrective actions
Participate and assist with supply chain aspects of strategic account plan
Requirements
Five to seven years' experience in negotiations of transportation operations, warehousing, and inventory planning and management
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to research the markets and gather facts to assist in negotiatio! n proceedings
Excellent analytical skills
Proficiency in Micros! oft Office suite
Ability to work on cross-functional teams
Must be a team player and have good interpersonal skills
Possess a good understanding of the financial information that drives costs
Ability to creatively solve problems
Preferred Skills/Attribute
Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Project is a plus!
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering, or other related field is highly preferred
Leadership skills preferred
