You should have:
- Excellent hand-coded HTML and CSS skills
- Experience writing clean, unobtrusive Javascript/AJAX
- Experience integrating front-end code with server-side technology, ideally on a large-scale, dynamic website
- Experience using version control systems (CVS, Subversion)
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- A great eye for attractive user interface
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative product development organization
- Someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and/or desire to shape a product used by millions
- Experienced with all aspects of web development from database querying to frontend javascript
- Comfortable integrating and building new web services
- Experience with mobile web development
- Experience with SASS, OOCSS, backbone.js, or node.js
- Experience with Amazon AWS, redis, memcached, or solr
- An interest in analytics and A/B testing
