Dominium is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to transition between two of our apartment community in Hemet and Beaumont, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Showcasing the property to prospects and converting them to qualified residents
- Answering telephones
- Recording traffic
- Marketing and outreach
- Previous leasing or sales experience required
- Tax Credit, Section 8, or Section 42 experience preferred
- Yardi software and MS Office experience preferred
- Looking for candidate with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgment.
