QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy curriculum accredited school
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of applying for state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist /! PT
- Current CPR certification
- Casamba experi! ence is a plus
- Medical/Dental/Vision
