Analyze documents for common interest developments (CIDs) to ensure the project meets company and secondary market investor requirements.
Key Areas! of Responsibility
Responsible for the day to day execution of project reviews and warranties: limited review, Condo Project Manager (CPM) review and full legal review.
Review documentation (including budget, CC&Rs, bylaws, litigation, reserve studies) and determine eligibility of existing as well as new and newly converted condo and PUD projects.
Demonstrate expert, up-to-date knowledge of project documentation and applicable company and investor guidelines.
Develop tracking and maintain reporting for all project reviews; build a condo project data base for internal and external identification of approved projects.
Provide guidance to senior management in identifying lending risk in specific projects.
Maintain a high level of customer service by being proactive in communicating with internal and external customers.
Qualifications
Five or more years of experience in multi-state residential mortgage orig! ination.
A minimum of two years mortgage and project ! underwriting/approval or related experience.
Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills â€" must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work with others and independently as required.
Proficient use of the internet and computer applications with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
Experience with Fannie Mae’s Condo Project Manager (CPM) preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred but substantial years of experience with proven ability will be considered.
