Job Description


The Temporary Timekeeping Associate will provide day to day support for a 3 month period, through the end of August. This temporary position is full-time and can work 100% remote.

Accountabilities:

  • Support the time team with daily time processing procedures. Auditing unaccounted time, unmatched punches, absenteeism, attendance points, etc.
  • Assist in processing retros for missed or corrected hours. Will support in determining the missed hours with acknowledgment of the sites policies and calculations
  • Assist with managing requests from local facilities including schedule changes, time off/time adjustments, shift changes and other related tasks
  • Auditing work schedules across facilities and correcting start and end dates as needed to ensure shift premiums are calculating properly
  • Assist with loading EIBs for sites for hours worked, time offs and ad-hoc schedule changes
