YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You create creative, target group-specific and expressive storytelling around the BRUNA brand.
- In close collaboration with the content team, you will help to constantly evolve the communication strategy and positioning of BRUNA as a brand to ensure a consistent brand message across all touchpoints.
- You implement the communication strategy for our different channels such as paid social, email, campaigns, social media, products and the website and adapt the communication to the respective target group and channel.
- You don't just trust your gut, but also use feedback, testing and data to constantly refine communications and work with the respective teams to develop guidelines for "Channel Communication Excellence".
- You write texts for our website and online shop and constantly maintain them. In addition to that, you write texts for the communication with our customers as well as for performance marketing (ads and newsletters).
- You write texts for our products, for online communication and packaging.
- You are responsible for the implementation and optimisation of SEO requirements in all our texts.
- You ensure that our corporate communication and tone of voice are maintained and constantly intensified.
- You are responsible for the conception and realisation of communication that increases reach and promotes engagement.
- A university degree in communications, media management, marketing or linguistics is a plus.
- You already have at least 2 years of experience in copywriting or a similar position in an e-commerce company.
- You understand our brand and can convey our message authentically and meaningfully through creative texts.
- You have a high level of creativity and eloquence and you think ‘out of the box’, you also love to tell stories and find it easy to adapt your style to different audiences and channels.
- You are an optimist, you are energetic, enthusiastic and known for finding a solution for everything.
- You excel in precise and clear expression and know how to write high-quality and appealing texts.
- You describe yourself as a creative organisational talent, impress with a structured way of working and can set your priorities right.
- You are an absolute team player and strive for good cooperation, but you also work just as independently and are known for your proactive nature.
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills and can compose and edit texts, German is a plus.
