We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our fantastic team of experts in our Virum site.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the local quality team; monitor the performance of the department and ensure that needed resources are available and effectively utilized to meet short- and long-term departmental priorities
- Implement, mature and train all quality, operations and other departments on the proper and lean use of process controls
- Develop lean systems for balancing the requirements of daily operation support, new product launches, and process improvements
- Maintain and develop the HBK Quality Management System locally, including: pursuit of Quality Policy goals, management of the internal audit process, facilitation of customer and external audits (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9100, …)
- steering the local Quality Councils in providing the performance metrics of the Quality System process
- Serve as an advocate for process and product quality related issues; manage nonconforming product and assure compliance of released product with customer requirements; manage corrective and preventive actions to systems, processes and product; monitor the performance of Quality Control; maintain quality assurance databases, reports, and files; oversee preparation of audit reports, identify and investigate quality issues (8D, A3PS, …)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience within a manufacturing organization functioning in a Quality process capacity.
- Familiarity with failure analysis methods (Internal & Customer) such as 8D and A3PS and associated processes utilizing the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Experience managing Management Systems in accordance to ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 requirements; Familiarity with ISO9100 is a plus.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team within an organization experiencing substantial growth and implementing Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Talent management skills should include review of current staff, training, developing, and ability to make subsequent staffing decisions in a timely manner.
