We are looking for an Operations Manager to join a multinational financial services company with a proud history of serving clients from around the world. The Operations Manager is responsible for managing and directing the operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational plans for the organization.
- Develop and monitor budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Manage and develop staff to ensure that operational performance is at its highest level.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, and other partners.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify and address operational issues and opportunities.
- Develop and track performance metrics for the operations team.
- Lead and participate in strategic planning for the organization.
- Assist in developing new products and services.
- Develop and implement processes and systems for quality assurance.
- Provide technical and operational support to staff.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management.
- Strong knowledge of multinational financial services.
- Excellent client services skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement processes and systems for quality assurance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheets and financial software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
