JOB DESCRIPTION
Handles the checking of billing invoices from vendors including GEMS entry.
- · Vendor’s invoice submission is as per agreed timeline. Refer to stipulated timeline in the contracts.
- · Invoices are checked and submitted to immediate superior within 7 working days from receipt.
- · Proper management of aged bills with corresponding information to vendors with regards to settlement plan.
- · Returned invoices are properly monitored.
- · Vendors are paid as per agreed payment terms.
- · Compile and maintain all documents in relation to billings.
- · Initiate, establish and improvise existing billing processes, if needed.
- · Handle billing inquiries from vendors.
- Develop a database of all processed invoices.
Conducts regular SOA reconciliation with vendors.
- SOA recon with vendors is performed regularly, bi-monthly or monthly.
Participate in warehouse inventory as required.
Other task that may assigned from time to time by the superior.
Position Requirement / Professional Skills
- · With exposure in billing processes both inbound and outbound.
- · Can work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- · Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).
- · Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
- · Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- · Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- · Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- · Any 4-year course with exposure in Logistics and Supply Chain Management / Accounting / Finance.
- · At least 1-2 years work experience in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain particularly in the areas of IMPEX / Domestic Distribution.
- · Computer literate, proficient in excel, word, etc.
- · Has a good grasp of billing and payment procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
