We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure our IT infrastructure runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
1) Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
2) Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
3) Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues.
4) Installing and configuring printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
5) Providing end-user support for basic computer operations.
6) Maintaining inventory of equipment and software licenses.
7) Performing routine maintenance and updates on all systems.
8) Monitoring system performance and responding to alerts and notifications.
Requirements:
1) 1 to 2 years of Experience as an IT Executive in a well reputed firm.
1) Matric, Intermediate or equivalent experience.
2) Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role.
3) Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
4) 1 to 2 years of Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
5) Excellent communication skills.
6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8) Availability to work outside of normal business hours when required.
