Tasks
TasksTasks- Teamwork in the 1st/2nd level SOC area;
- Analysis of security incidents or detected anomalies independently;
- Assessment and processing of security incidents;
- Initial analysis of alerts and perform triage;
- Working with internal and external colleagues and technologies to identify security issues;
- Monitoring cybersecurity events;
- Supporting in IT-Security Projects for designing and evaluating security software and infrastructure;
- Maintaining the uninterrupted operation of the MHP Security platforms running in a cloud-only environment;
Qualifications
QualificationsQualifications- IT knowledge or proven experience (operating systems);
- Understanding of various attack methods, vulnerabilities, exploits and malware;
- Curiosity and willingness to learn;
- High self-motivation, team player and a passion for different IT security topics;
- Very good English skills;
- You are interested in exciting projects in a cloud-only infrastructure using various tools like DevOps, Office 365, Virtual Desktops, Fortinet, MS Defender Stack and Unified Threat Management;
- Keen interest in current technology trends as well as fun and curiosity in creative solution finding, conceptualization and implementation;
Nice-to-haves:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equal practical experience is preferred;
- Experience in working in cloud infrastructures like Microsoft Azure is a plus;
- Investigate and analyze network threats; perform root-cause analysis of incidents that occur in the network;
- Recommendations for current threats or vulnerabilities;
