Job Description

Objective:

The IT Delivery Orchestrator, IT department is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Orchestrator with a proven track record in coordinating and overseeing the successful delivery of complex technical projects. This is a challenging role where IT as a department can leverage the strong project management, project delivery and technical expertise to drive efficiency, optimize resources, and deliver exceptional results. This role will be responsible for different technical projects delivering with one or multiple product lines and cross functional teams in IT as well as business teams. In addition, this role will a co-work with Scrum Master, Product Managers and Squad Teams and other roles in a Agile way.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinated and managed the delivery of multiple complex technical projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborated closely with project stakeholders, including business leaders, product line leads, ITBP, and technical teams, to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Developed and maintained detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation to drive project execution and meet deliverables.
  • Identified potential risks and issues, and proactively implemented mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Monitored project progress, conducted regular status meetings, and provided timely updates to stakeholders on project milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts to ensure efficient collaboration and achievement of project goals.
  • Utilized agile methodologies to facilitate iterative and incremental project delivery, promoting flexibility and responsiveness to changing requirements.
  • Conducted post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned, and implementing process improvements to enhance future project delivery.

Education

  • Bachelor’s University degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related field.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years Minimum 10 years full-time working experience in IT industry or IT department in MNC.
  • Project Management: Proficient in leading end-to-end project lifecycles, establishing project scope, objectives, and deliverables, creating project plans, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various technical domains, including software development, infrastructure, cloud computing, and data management.
  • Team Coordination: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and facilitate effective communication to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Problem Solving: Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot technical issues, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, and foster strong partnerships.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience in utilizing agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to drive iterative and incremental project delivery.
  • Experience with continuous delivery, DevOps and agile workflows.
  • Fluent English Communication is a must.
