Guest Experience Manager (Thai Only) [Thailand]


 

  • Lead and work with a team of customer experience team to help manage day to day activities.

  • Ensuring that all customers have an incredible, memorable, socially engaging stay at the Hostel
  • Upselling Tours, Events.
  • Managing online reputation scores by taking proactive measures to ensure guests who have an amazing experience leave outstanding reviews.
  • Work with the service and bar team to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Attend and host Hostel daily events to make sure that the guests have a great experience and An Amazing Stay!
  • Assisting in hitting targets and goals.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and energetic

  • Good command of English (able to communicate and converse)
  • Good understanding of travel cultures
  • Positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn
