- Ensuring that all customers have an incredible, memorable, socially engaging stay at the Hostel
- Upselling Tours, Events.
- Managing online reputation scores by taking proactive measures to ensure guests who have an amazing experience leave outstanding reviews.
- Work with the service and bar team to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Attend and host Hostel daily events to make sure that the guests have a great experience and An Amazing Stay!
Assisting in hitting targets and goals.
Requirements
