- You should be aware of the localities and the postcode system.
- This is a multi tasking job which invloves managment of the jobs and the staff to make sure all the given tasks for the day are done on time.
- Manage all control room procedures in line with the codes of practice, Supervise Security officers to ensure that company procedures are followed and adhered to at all times.
- Support and provide guidance to other site-based center staff.
- Continuous management and monitoring of systems and associated specialist security equipment.
- Act and associated regulations. Manage and monitor all access control systems. Continual management and monitoring / policing of site systems.
- Intelligent understanding of human behavior, monitoring, and surveillance of suspect individuals logging and reporting incidents in line with site/company policies.
- Controlling and prioritizing incidents ensuring all key personnel is kept fully informed at all times and agreed escalation procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Multinational Expereince preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and workloads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- British Accent preferred
- Adaptable and flexible in approach to work required
- Willingness and ability to work as a member of a team
- Report writing / Presentation skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility
- Ability to act decisively and remain calm under pressure
Additional Comments
- 12 Hours Day Shift 10:00 am to 10:00 pm & Night Shift 10:30pm to 10:30am
