We are SS Hyundai,Kottarakkara.We are looking for a Body Shop Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- create job cards
- Respond to questions about the outcome of the service.
- Diagnose the causes of vehicles problems and repair the same.
- Draw up repair estimates.
- Perform maintenance services.
- Liaise with the parts department to obtain required components.
- Carry out vehicle inspections, testing and safety checks.
- Document and maintain records of service work carried out on vehicles.
- Keep shop floor area clean and neat.
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment and manuals.
- Research technical manuals of particular vehicles in order to increase efficiency.
- Keep abreast of technical updates and improvements relevant to the job.
- Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings.
- Manage and oversee the service center’s workflow and scheduling.
- Greeting customers and offering excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
- Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services.
- Experience in the automotive field.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication.
Qualification :
Automobile diploma/ BTech with minimum 2-4 years of experience in same field
