- To manage & grow overall operation & profitability of the BFSI and also ensure employee and client satisfaction.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
- Responsible for achieving, booking revenue and profit targets for the Vertical. Complete P& L responsibility.
- Proven track record of Selling & meeting Sales goals in BFSI space for last 5 to 6 years in India
- Existing client & partner relationship in the BFSI sector by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Networking with key decision makers, industry bodies, sourcing advisory firms & other influences in the BFSI sector.
- Ability to construct & execute a multiyear business plan.
- Build & nurture a successful national sales team addressing the vertical.
- Identifying emerging trends & share the company's response to participate in Greenfield opportunities in this sector.
- Build strong BFSI value proposition.
- Create and drive unique compelling services that address the business solutions.
- Develop aggressive hunting strategy around BFSI.
Desired Profile
-Minimum 5-10 years of industry sales experience and experience in banks/ financial institutions, AMCs and NBFC's
- Any Graduate with MBA preferred Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-term goals
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
- Ability to provide guidance and leadership to professional personnel
- Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management
