ECS Recruitment are recruiting for Bar Manager role for our client based in County Kildare.
Our client is a bar/lounge/restaurant located in Co. Kildare. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bar team, inventory control, menu planning, and delivering excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team of bartenders and wait staff
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer
- Experience in inventory control, stocktaking, and cost control
- Ability to maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and safety
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and weekends
- Fluent English
- Full right to work in Ireland required for candidates to be considered for the role as no visa sponsorship available this time
