Job Description
This role will be reporting directly to the Director. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and maximise revenue for the accessories department.
- Plan and execute visual merchandising initiatives to create visually appealing displays and attract customer attention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to identify and prioritise product assortment based on market trends and customer demand.
- Manage the accessories inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient replenishment processes.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose appropriate action plans.
- Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and visual merchandising standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favourable terms and pricing agreements.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia are a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and visual merchandising, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
