Position overview
The concierge is a professional in the hospitality industry who takes care of the needs of our guests and property owners during their stay in Melides Art. They are the first point of contact and their duties is to ensure that the stay of our guests goes as smoothly as possible including organizing our guest stays by making reservations, recommending restaurants, answering inquiries, coordinating travel plans, organizing activities, supporting events …
Requirements
· Fluent in English language, both written and spoken
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Enthusiasm in providing service to guests
· Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills
· Courteous and professional attitude with guests and property owners
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and a natural initiative to take on tasks on their own. They must be able to deal with people and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to meet a variety of customer needs. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and an excellent multitasker. He/she will be the point of contact in the property and must focus on building strong and lasting relationships with its owners.
