We offer services in retained and contingency search for permanent, interim management / contract and onsite staff, including recruitment solutions for large scale projects.
Our client is an expanding US law firm with very western working culture, professional and dynamic working environment, and outstanding reputation in the market. They are hiring a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support the all-rounded front desk and admin duties.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Operations and the Office Services Coordinator, you will be covering the front desk and assisting in the admin and operational work for Hong Kong office
Monitoring the switchboard and front desk area, great and serve the incoming guests with professional manner
Handling all incoming and outgoing mails and courier
Assisting in conference services support such as catering ordering
Liaising with building management office for office facilities maintenance
Negotiating with the office suppliers / vendors on procurement work
Assisting HR department on leave record management and other simple paperwork
Preparing the onboarding papers, and arranging the HR induction for new joiners
Administrating the in-house meeting room booking system
Monitoring the workflow of the tea lady and office assistant
Assisting in organizing the in-house staff activities such as the company annual dinner
Requirements:
Tertiary educated preferred major in any subjects with at least 1 years related work experience
Good command of written and spoken English
Welcome candidates in client services, preferably in a professional
environment with CS and Admin support experience
Candidates form law firms experience will be considered first
Able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure
