General Virtual Assistant for North American Clients [Philippines]


 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a point of contact between the clients and their external/internal partners
  • Maximize the client’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, initiating phone calls on their behalf
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Set up appointment schedules and calendar potential leads with client
  • Handle requests and inquiries appropriately
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Documentation and reports generation
  • Other admin responsibilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a role related to virtual assistant, lead generation, appointment setting and/or inside sales.
  • Previous Virtual Assistant, Property Management, (US) Real Estate experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of online tools such as Google Suite applications
  • Strong drive to be trained and learn new skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and strong writing skills.
  • Strong phone/video presence and experience dialing calls
  • Comfortable making cold calls
  • Highly organized, patient and is able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
  • Committed to work a full-time job
  • Comfortable to work U.S. Operating hours (Graveyard Shift)

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
