Customer Service Associate | Shopify | Work From Home [Philippines]


 

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who will be responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of a client. Their duties include answering emails from customers to answer questions, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics, and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers.

Responsibilities

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Experience with MS Office and G-Suite data programs

Experience with direct-to-consumer companies preferably in beauty or wellness

Experience in Shopify preferred

Experience with a customer service platform such as Zendesk/Gorgias

Familiarity with administrative duties

Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Attention to detail

Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Must be willing to work US business hours (details will be provided and may still change)
