This is a great opportunity for a sharp, independent individual with multitasking skills to work as a Front Office Coordinator for our company. It primarily involves professional interaction with o ur customers, vendors, and personnel while also managing the incoming and outgoing company documents and packages.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Answer incoming calls
2. Greet and Direct customers
3. Check messages and company e-mail inquiries
4. Send and distribute faxes
5. Data Entry into database
6. Direct incoming shipments and assist with outbound packages
7. Receive and distribute mail
8. Process credit applications
9. Update Sales Order log
10. Compile personal shipping
11. Scanning and archiving digital documents
12. Able to professionally interact with staff
13. Other miscellaneous items & will assist others where necessary for the good of the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must enjoy people and have a GREAT attitude
· Minimum of 1 year experience
· Professional appearance and attire
· Computer Background with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience i s required

Salary: $35,900.00 to $41,850.00 /year
