Contracts Administrator

Cardno is seeking a Contracts Administrator for one of our major West Coast Cardno offices. The incumbent must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working for service companies such as environmental consulting or engineering with exposure to contracts and desire to provide contract reviews on a large scale.

Portland, OR
Sacramento, CA
Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
>Review of client contracts.
>Communicating review comments and contract exceptions to project managers and as! sociated staff.
>Seeking additional information from st! aff related to contract details, associated scope, and potential risks.
>Working closely with other Contract Reviewers and Legal Group staff to establish and implement policies and procedures related to contract reviews, contract filing, and overall functionality of the Legal Group.
>Review of subcontracts.
>Review of exceptions to Cardno standard contract terms.
Other tasks in support of other Contract Reviewers and Legal Group staff.
Basic Qualifications:
>High School Diploma.
>Minimum five (5) years' experience working for service companies such as environmental consulting, planning, or engineering with exposure to client contracts.
>Must be detail oriented and resourceful.
>Solid time management and follow-through skills.
>Excellent oral and written communication skills a must.
>Must possess a professional manner to ensure successful interaction with co-workers, clients, subcontractors an! d managers at all levels.
>Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
>Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
>Must be authorized to work in U.S. without company sponsorship.
Desired Qualifications:
>BST and/or Isynergy experience.
>Understanding of corporate insurance programs.
>Ability to work well independently and with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced, team oriented work environment.
>Ability to respond effectively to changing needs of the team.
>Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
