We need caregivers in Santa Cruz County.
We also need caregivers in Los Gatos, Campbell, Saratoga, and Woodside.
SYNERGY Caregivers will improve the quality of our clients' lives by helping them age in place in the privacy of their own homes and live as independently as possible. They give the clients and their loved ones peace of mind, knowing they are well cared for. Caregivers are the hearts and hands of our company.

As a Synergy CareTeam Member, you'll meet wonderful people, build fulfilling relationships, and make a difference in the lives of your clients.
Our clients may be elderly, or suffer from Alzheimer's disease, or perhaps have just gone through a surgery and need help while they recuperate. They may be pregnant moms who have been put on bed rest. They may be children who must stay home for the day, while the parents must be at work - or the grandparents of those children, who live with their children and need some extra care during the day while their kids are at work. They may be in a facility where they would like some extra care and attention over what is regularly provided for them. There are many types and ages of clients, all needing personal attention from our trained CareTeam members.

Our company requires the following:
- CPR certified
- Basic first aid training
- Valid driver’s license
- Current proof of auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Agree to random drug testing
- Pass national background check
- Possible federal fingerprinting requirement
- Reliable
- Cell phone
Experience:
Prefer at least 1 year of experience as a caregiver in a home environment, but if you have the heart and desire for this work, we will train you. Must have at least two (2) ! verifiable references from former employers. Certified Nursing Assistan! ts (CNA) welcome.
Each employee is a W2 employee, and is bonded and insured. Some positions may be full-time, but in general the positions are part-time.
Pay is based on your education (such as CNA certification) and experience and aligned with pay in this industry.
