Business Analyst - Customer Service

Location: Redlands California

Description: Esri is in need of Business Analyst - Customer Service right now, this position will be placed in California. Further informations about this position opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Do you have prior experience with developing GuiXT in a customer service environment? Bring these skills to our dynamic Customer Service team and work with business users to develop, implement, and maintain GuiXT solutions to improve the user experience and streamline workflow processes for the department.

Responsibilities:
Partner with department leadership, team members, business users, and analysts to understand their business processes within SAP and propose and design solutions using GuiXT technology
Support business functions through buildi! ng, integrating, and continually maintaining GuiXT solutions Resolve issues related to GuiXT solutions and utilization through bug fixes, QA testing, and documentation
Collaborate with other developers on best practices
Stay current on GuiXT technology changes and innovations
Serve as liaison to the Information Systems and Technology group in promoting the use of the GuiXT application throughout all SAP modules
Train and mentor internal staff on the GuiXT application

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or higher in information systems, computer science, or a related field
Minimum of two years of recent work experience in GuiXT development
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Ability to deliver GuiXT customer development objects in an expedited and accelerated manner
Capacity to be flexible and adaptive to project adjustments and respond to alterations promptly and effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with clients, team members, and manageme! nt
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
