The Customer Care Representative will handle incoming calls talking to customers in Orange County by giving them information on the bus schedule and answering any transportatio! n questions they may have.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Consult with customers over the phone or via the web to answer their questions about the bus schedule and transportation

Demonstrate the ability to represent client in a positive manner and provide outstanding customer experiences

Ensure accuracy and consumer satisfaction by having attention to detail

Resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency

Utilize technology to create and retain customer data and records

Demonstrate excellent communication and computer skill

Serve as company ambassador delivering quality product information and assistance

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory or leadership responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be very customer focused with a high level of enthusiasm and a! positive attitude. Proven track record of reliability a must.! Excellent listening skills and problem solving ability. Have ability to work on a PC, accessing multiple software applications in a Windows environment. Previous customer service experience in an inbound or outbound call center environment preferred. Excellent time management skill and keen attention to detail. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required (HSED; GED).

TECHNOLOGY SKILL BASE
This position requires a working knowledge of computer technology that includes, but is not limited to: Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook. Also must possess the ability to learn and understand new software and other technology applications as introduced by Client and Alta Resources.
