The Recruiting Coordinator provi! des a range of administrative duties, including candidate sourcing and recruitment support, to aid in meeting current and future regional staffing needs.
The Recruiting Coordinator helps Equity Residential create value through employees by ensuring the company’s recruiting practices attract the highest quality candidates that will help the company achieve sustainable business results. This position will utilize superior communication skills and professionalism to coordinate the recruiting process from start to finish in effort to identify top talent to promote the Equity Residential brand and our commitments to our customers.
A high school education or equivalent is required. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in an office environment. Experience in recruiting and selection a plus. Excellent written/verbal communication, customer service, and decision-making skills required. Must possess exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, as we! ll as the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simulta! neously, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Must be computer proficient and able to learn new software upgrades and enhancements.
