Directs the development of Social Media strategy and campaigns for Farmers corporate initiatives as well as deve! lops resources and tools for Farmers Agents to leverage social media locally. Ensures internal stakeholders, our Social Media agency and Agents create social engagements to enhance the Farmers relationship with customers and prospects. Provides strategic guidance to Farmers management team in the application and use of social media to achieve Farmers goals as the social space evolves.
Position Requirements
Supervises assigned personnel. (See Supervisory Responsibility description.) Is responsible for directoring the development, execution, management, and optimization of successful social media (online social network) campaigns for Farmers.
Oversees the creation, evolution and provisioning of social media tools for Farmers agents.
Provides, creates, and monitors detailed analysis documents to trend campaign performance.
Participates in presentations and serve as a subject matter expert on Social Media.
Continually monitors the Social Media ! landscape.
Manages relationship with Farmers Social Media ! agency.
Maintains a high level of professionalism internally, and in all Agent interactions.
Develops documentation of processes, strategies, and new initiatives.
Assists internal stakeholders to develop social media strategies for key initiatives.
Proactively works with 3rd party vendors to resolve issues and actively seek new opportunities.
Ensures effective dissemination of information and training to agents and internal stakeholders
Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Actions
Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, standing, lifting, bending, carrying 10 lbs. maximum and talking, and hearing.

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredi! ted 4 year college or university. Related advanced degree or designation preferred.
Experience Requirements
Six to ten years of interactive marketing experience and a minimum of two years in Social Media marketing experience.
Special Skills Requirements
Must demonstrate knowledge of and strong interest/passion for Social Media. Able to demonstrate previous ability to build and improve social media programs with top Social Media sites and tools. Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening, and team work skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to manage a heavy workload. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Proficient in MS Office specifically: Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Solid understanding of web metrics. High achievement / results orientation. Possess an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access preferred. Web development experience is a plus. Abil! ity to recognize opportunities and provide recommendations for improvem! ent with respect to processes, product offerings, documentation, etc.
