The client asks that you have at least 3 years servicing / dealing with VIP personal lines customers and strong familiarization with various office technologies like MS office.
Insurance coursework such as CIC classes would be a plus, and the more formal education you have the better.
Salary $55-$60k + in addition to salary everyone in the company receives new/renewal commissions on any business that is written where they are the initiator.

Position Summary: To independently manage moderately complex accounts while working at a strategic level to develop and retain consultative partnership relationships with customers and prospects.
Essential Functions:
- Manages ass! igned accounts with responsibility for account retention, whil! e seeking out and taking advantage of new account opportunities that fit the company strategy.
- Builds and manages client relationships to understand client goals and expectations.
- At the start of the renewal process, approximately four months out from renewal date, explores and understands issues facing client organizations and the client's claim history, both of which may impact on the types and amount of coverage sought. Analyzes risks facing the client. With guidance from senior team members, solicits renewal business to various markets and maintains a productive relationship with company underwriters and staff. Markets and executes renewals in a timely manner. Generates accurate renewal rates, terms, conditions, and surplus lines filings.
- Works with senior staff and producers to ensure client satisfaction. Manages underwriter relationships to ensure understanding of client goals and expectations.
- Ensures the integrity of electronic da! ta by maintaining the various company information systems on an ongoing basis, while maintaining compliance with Quality Control policies and procedures.
- Prepares schedules of insurance, renewal letters, certificates, auto ID cards, and similar documentation.
- Supports other members of the team with client servicing activities as needed. Participates in cross-training / development opportunities to learn additional skills and develop personal competencies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Prepares and produces all elements of presentations for client meetings, which are professional, grammatically correct, and without substantial spelling errors, and properly represent the company.
