Some of the specific duties include: Post Jobs i! n Applicant tracking system; Provide support for New Hire onboarding e.g. I9, Benefits, employement forms Provide support for New College Grad recruiting activities e.g. college visit scheduling, travel plans etc. Maintain Employee Files including archiving Provide support for Employee Benefits e.g. workers comp, commuter voucher, service awards Respond to Employment Verification requests Coordinate events such as Movie Night, Company Meeting Provide general administrative support
Required Skills
Proficiency in Excel, word, and Power point Experience in general administrative support Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System a plus Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external organizations Manage priorities and meet deadlines Recruiting/screening experience a plus
